omg CREEEPY!!!!! I am so freaked out by spiders. I probably would have shattered the plate when I threw it from the table to get rid of the spider.
Aside from the all out nastiness of having a spider on your plate, the clarity of this shot is just fantastic. You can see every little detail of that spider. The depth of field is great making that spider look like it's crawling on my screen. This is a great shot and don't let anyone tell you different!

I don't know what the problem is with the above commenters. Spiders eat insects and are not dirty creatures. Most of 'em don't bite either. Bunch o' sissies.

Good close up of this spider with good detail and clarity. A little dark for me, but spiders don't tend to sunbathe.

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

I am also a sissie - but this is a really good capture of this creature and I like your title as well. It appears to have done a good job cleaning the plate :)
