Ingenious, putting the eyes in there. I kinda like the background and kinda don't. The colors are good, but the transition between them gives lines which bother me a little bit.
I do like the green as a whole, and all the different lines.
I would finish the evaluation by giving it an A-, or 9/10

I'm 17 and don't travel much. But I tend to bring my camera around just to catch what sticks out from my everyday goings. (pardon me if I speak my mind)

I'm personally a little less keen on the background. I guess I would prefer either a more subtle shading or a single colour to eliminate the obvious contours there. But that's just me. I'd also like the green just a tad brighter, but, again, that's purely personal preference and, in any case, this image is still very attractive and definitely worth closer inspection to appreciate the details.
Not entirely sure I want my desktop watching my every move, though!
