I "second" all the good comments, but will suggest rotating to level the horizon. 1.2 degrees does the trick.

Great shot. Nice to see such clear frame in such adverse conditions. Sunset causes a lot of trouble while shooting. Especially fast moving subjects like birds and sea.

sailorman6309 suggested to rotate the horizon. The horizon is really a few degrees tilted, yet if it is noticed, the clouds are almost parallel to the frame! This makes the picture pleasing.
