Nice shot. I like the composition, although I think the focus is just a little soft.

Very interesting. I really like the lighting. It makes the tower look almost as if it's floating, and it certainly makes the subject pop. Good job!

But if the world could remain within a frame like a painting on a wall, then I think we would see the beauty. Then we would stand staring in awe at our still lives posed like a bowl of oranges, like a story told by the fault lines and the soil.

Good shot Cindy and it must really look like something to see in person. I agree about the focus but it is such a good use of light. Nice post.

I really like this sort of thing...where a beautiful object is illuminated entirely by its own light. I am thinking that the softness contributes to the mood since the tower appears as it would as if the viewer is standing on the ground and looking into the light source. On the other hand, as a desktop, there is an itch to try that sharpening filter! Whatever, this is a striking photo, a keeper.
