There is a siren hidden in this picture...No literal meaning! Just the siren that i caused the conductor to horn when i blocked his way ;) oops!sorry!?... Wanted to make a point to the dissapearence of the "emotions" and "senses" by blurring people and focusing the "old times" tram +colouring it while other "new" people are in black&white...;) Hope u like it..

Yeah i wanted it to be this way by blurring the image in three steps but i never noticed that i managed to do it...Cause my eyes got used to the image...thanks for the heads up!

i like this a lot because it evokes a mood. it carries its own. this, to me, is what art is all about. your minimal manipulated areas enhance, not destroy the original idea..the elongated look hurries one's eyes through the rushed street scene in Istanbul.
I have been to Istanbul and it was the scariest place to ride in a car. I really thought I was going to die like six times on the way to the mosque...

Very good work from you, Cem, the old tram looks almost surreal... it reminds me of a hand colored trick film or something like that. The way you captured this is really unique. Hearing the siren was definetely worth it, great shot.
