I stop at a favorite spot of me and Ms. Dado a couple of nights ago and it had to have been one of the darkest nights I can ever remember. But as I looked across the lake I say a myriad of colors. It's as if it were a rainbow out of the dark, a ray of hope possibly for a world full of darkness. Anyway it was fun and I hope you guys like it.

Scott, there sure is a nice rainbow of colors in your well composed photo! If you want to stop the light action a bit more at your next night shot, shoot on the manual setting at several different slightly higher shutter speeds to see which one stops the overlow of light.

It's all about perspective and perception.

Nicely done, my only comment is that the red border seems somewhat distracting

Very very pretty Dado. The reflecting lights do indeed look like a rainbow of color. Great work.

I like this very much. I love the reflections of the light on the water. I love the ripples in the foreground of the image. I like the framing too. Excellent work

It is a great capture Dado. It would have been even better had you had a tripod for a nice sharp image. The colors and contrast are powerful. The darkness of the sky and water with those great reflections is great. I'm not crazy about the color of the framing. I think maybe a dark grey or something with less color might work better since there's so much color in those lights. Do you agee? There is hope for a dark world...anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
