This house just looks like what I would invision the girl next door living in, thus the name, "The House Next Door". Innocence from a time long ago where men were tought to treat ladies with respect. This old house is in wonderful shape for being close to a century old, she was treated with respect and care.

Scott, these night shots of yours are really looking good! I love the shadows giving this grand old house an bit of a mysterious look in spite of how regal it looks. Very nice!

Turn off a few lights in that house and I wouldn't go up there for halloween candy. LOL Good job Scott.

Love this old house, it has so much character and I can’t help wondering what stories it harbours. I can take or leave the border but I think the photo is strong enough to manage without one.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

I have to agree with trisbert. You did such a wonderful job Scott on capturing the character of this beautiful old house that the border isn't really needed. The picture itself doesn't need "framing", you did a great job of doing that pre-processing. Great work. I love you night time photos and hope you will continue to take more of these type photos. Thanks for sharing.
