Very dramatic with the sun shinning down through the clouds. B&W was a great choice for this.

I have fond memories of buckets and spades on that beach.
Nice reminder.
My only minor critic is the lens-flare in the middle of the shot. It's consistent with the sun flare at the top of the image, but because it's a blob on it's own, is dis-jointed and a minor distraction, espcially when compared to the scale of the headland in the distance. I would only take some minor tweaking to adjust it.

Wow! Great b&w landscapes are hard to come by, but you have absolutely nailed it with this! The exposure, lighting, and compo are just superb
