My eyes went to the middle leaf and then "branched" out to both sides to take in the rest.
I like the darkened back row as it does complete the composition.
It seems to reaching out for something and may be a metaphor for us to keep reaching out for our goals, whatever they may be.

Rays of light are invisible until something strays into its path, and then it has to be controlled. This is a wonderful example of controlled lighting.
