Great capture, Cornelius. Great detail, colour and close up. You can even see the bees on those hogweeds.

Now I wonder if this plant is called Queen Ann's Lace, as it is here,as well as hogweed? Sometimes it's also called a wild carrot. It's one of the things I look forward to in the summer.

Looks like the bee is definitely on a hike with his buddy!

Good capture of the hogweed, Cornelius. The bees and the background makes it even better.

Great photo C. I didn't know they called it Hogweed. I think we have something like that. It looks like giant cauliflower. I don't think I will have any for lunch however. Your frames are always so coordinated. Have a good upcoming week owd friend.

It is amazing how to a small insect there is an entire universe in a flower. Great capture.

Maybe that's his home, so he doesn't have far to go. From this perspective, you make the flower seem like a mountain to me too. lol A great idea.

Deze giga 'brandnetel' cq Berenklauw, heeft een bijzondere
aantrekkings kracht op bijen en wespen!
Je ziet ze bijna niet zonder een van deze insecten!
Mooie post, Cornelius!

Capturing the bee's visit was the perfect way to show the size and lushness of these pretty flowers.
