A couple of days ago I've told my friend John (Rozem061) in a comment on of his New Life 4 image, that I hadn't seen that much swans this season in Zeeland, The Netherlands. Wish I've said that earlier, lol. Captured on the Lake of Veere on June 22nd, 2009.

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect, then why practice?
We find over here that a lot of swans have gone missing from their usual spots!...Tried 3 local places where swans are prolific...but none there either!....maybe they are 'nesting' or they found a way to 'migrate' eh!

Fabulous details. Like the others, I think the movement in the water sets it apart. I can see the blue and white sky reflections even in the waves. Very nice!

We have a Swan Man here, but he drives a truck and sells meats, ice cream and other refrigerated products. He is quite popular.
