Yesterday, I've posted my Christmas card 2009, in which I offered you all my best wishes for Christmas and the year 2010 to come.

My true supporter and Caedes-friend Joy (Logun7) enjoys the image that I've used for it, very much. She did me a request to post the full size version, in order to enable her to use it as a DT. It's a pleasure to me to fulfil your request Joy.

The scene was captured on the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. When I took the capture, the trees weren't covered yet with snow, but with hoar frost only. Saw however this morning that our part of the world was covered with snow too.

Hope you'll enjoy this post and that other friends will enjoy this post as well. Thank you in advance for your comment.

Same here pal....It is falling very hard at this moment in time!...No doubt there will be the 'usual' throwing of snowballs at our windows from the school children tonight!!...

Nice scene from you.

A very beautiful winter scene, Cornelius. The colours are wonderful and the frost on the trees looks great. Very well done again, my friend.

It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.

Cornelius - Hoar Frost is quite beautiful. I am cleaning up a scanned a 35mm slide of some that developed overnight, then had a brilliant blue sky in the morning for a backdrop. When it is finished, I'll post it. Seeing the countryside coated in such a heavy frost, as in this photo is very pretty. You do great work friend. Thad

Prachtige opname !
Had het gisteren ook al willen zeggen in mijn 'comment' op je kerst en nieuwjaarswens, maar dat is er bij ingeschoten.
Bij deze dan alsnog, Conelius !
