There must have been plenty of high shade or light diffusion where you shot this because I can see all the way into the flower, with no deep shadows obliterating details. Low contrast means we get to see more of nature intended. Excellent capture, Corny. So many people think that bright, sunny days are the best ones in which to shoot photos... au contraire, mon ami. I also like how you made the thin interior frame line appear to tuck in behind the flower. A nice, subtle graphic touch. -Nik

Thanks for your concern Nik. Think I have a luxury problem: I've too much suitable 'candidates' for this contest, so I'm still in doubt, and I like to give the other Caedes friends a chance as well (THE LATTER IS NOT MEANT SERIOUS!!!!!!)
