People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
An excellent shot Cornelius. It almost looks as though you were on another glider higher than this one with your camera!! Great clarity and colours.

Cornelius - A wonderful addition to the People in the Air series. With a beautiful sky as backdrop, the parachute tandem are clearly shown. Excellent contrast control to keep the white parachute crisply seen. There is a bit of chromatic glow around the tandem. Thad

I was asked: "What's the attachement of the paraglider and what has its function?"
My image �People In The Air 9� doesn't show however a paraglider because a paraglider has the capability to fly with an upstream wind. This image shows a, so called, �duo jumper� or 'tandem jumper'. These two people are using a �square main chute�. A 'chute' has no possiblity to fly, the gravity will only land the chute. The two jumpers had just jumped high in the sky from an aeroplane. In order for a proper functioning of the �main chute�, the need of a �pilot chute� ('attachement' as mentioned above) is a 'must'.
