This capture shows an old (1924) steam locomotive passing by. It's still operating at a heritage railway from the town of Goes to the village of Hoedekenskerke, Zeeland, The Netherlands.
'Nik', think you've seen De Buffer (The Buffer) with the park 'De Pluimweide' (sorry, but the text is only available in the Dutch language).
The park drives a mini-train on a railway line of 800 meters in length. The kids can enjoy a ride, even over a real bridge! In the park there are some playgrounds, where children can enjoy themselves too. Since 2013/2014 there's a boat pond with (self-controlled) model ships, a real skelter track, and the you mentioned maze.
Referring to John's comment above:
John, this capture was taken on August 3rd, 2017 on a fenced private area along the track. I had permission in advance to enter this area. On the right side of the image you can clearly see partly the fence.
So even in Zeeland proper safety measures are taken, ☺ .
