Think there's a lot to see in this 'bird's eye view' of a beach at the west coast of the island Schouwen-Duiveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

It's my entry for the 'Seen From Above' contest.

A lovely summer scene - everyone enjoying the beach. I have never seen bicycles on the beach before !
A fine entry for the contest Cornelius.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

A sweeping view of the shoreline - great lines in the image.

A truly excellent from above capture Mr. C. and there is a lot going on there but what a gorgeous sweeping view of the water.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

That is quite a shot, C., seeing so many people having a good time, stretching all the way to the horizon. My guess is we're seeing a thousand or more people here. I myself, however, prefer empty beaches for pristine landscapes... but then, I'm just a photographic snob, I guess. ;oP It's a good entry for the contest as well, so good luck in that endeavor.
