This curious heron was spotted at dusk in one of the backyards in my neighborhood. It wouldn't amaze me that there was a small pond in the vicinity. It must have been starving by being active that late.
My entry for Manic Monday.
PS: this image hasn't the optimal quality because of the very poor lighting conditions (I couldn't prevent that this image shows some noise) but capturing this action quickly was preferable above 'portraying' it with more proper settings,😁.

Post a Comment - Subscribe to this discussionBob, the heron appeared suddenly. A fast reaction was required before it disappeared, so there was in fact no time to change the settings already set on the camera.
