After my recent hikes through some forests in my area, I liked to sniff the salty air again, 😄.
This image was taken on the Western Scheldt river where it flows into the North Sea. It shows the Belgian pilot tender 'Ravelingen' sailing back to the home port after transferring pilot from outward bounded seagoing vessels.

Very impressive sight of the pilot boat heading back at full speed and creating so much spray. Well taken photo Cornelius.

Smooth seas do not make skilful sailors.
That was what I noticed first too; the spray and apparent speed in which the pilot boat transverses the sea. Another excellent action picture, Mr C.
