Well what can I say you sure have mastered the art of night time photography. The detail in this shot is nice and sharp and the dark background is spot on not to dark.Plus it is lovely to see flowers at this time of the year it reminds me of spring, you are lucky to have colour like this in your garden. It would also be nice to see the flower in full sun shine too if that is possible ?Well done I will down load this on it's a keeper. My mother used to have flowers similar to this in her garden.

So Gorgeous, love the colours of your Lilac's, that's the colour we have in our yard. Now where you live in the UK, is winter right so was this taken in the spring?

I like the fact that you seem like me....taking pleasure in seeing the dark side of the day. :) Amazing what the sun does for color, and how mysterious darkness makes the night. Night Blooming jasmine is a favorite of mine...{also called Confederate jasmine, I think?}. It permeates the air in evening, maybe to get a little extra attention after dark? :)
