Much like what the world looks like, without my contacts in. :) I agree with the others, in that your photograph contains great colors and composition. But quite honestly, I don't like the blurriness. If this had been an artistic creation, either computer or pigment made, I could accept the indistinctness as an impressionist expression. But as it was used in this photograph, it's not distinct enough for detail, nor blurred enough to transform it into an artistic suggestion of shape and color. Falling somewhere between the two, it just looks out of focus. Try pushing the boundary further, in either direction, to really make a statement.
