Point well taken. I have yet to snowboard or ski in my life but I would like to try. That aside, this is one heck of a nice photograph. Take the skier out and it is a beautiful winter landscape shot. Take the landscape out and it is a beautiful action shot. It has everything and the perspective is amazing. Now I think there is nothing left to be said :). A 10~
Perfectly timed capture. Airborne skier perfectly located in front of the sun. Was this just an on-the-fly shot or did you set it up to be against the sun? Great effect!
i tried to set it up like that, obviously a bit of chance was involved because my humble S30 only has about 3 fps drive, so i was pretty lucky to get the skier exactly in the sun.
wut a freakin lie! snowboarding is so much better and always will be, no matter wut u say! and the picture of the snowboarder, that one is so much better, it may not be the closest pic, but still...
I agree with snowboardergirl- snowboarding is harder, better, and all around sweeter. I'm gonna have to upload a snowboarding pic I took. Watch for it!
Hey, first off, i hafta give you some serious credit on your amazing photos. I especially love your long exposure ones.
as for the skiing/snowboarding issue, i'm glad you think skiing is better, but i'm sorry to inform you that snowboarding OWNS the mountains. and I've been to sunshine village, a beautiful mountain, too bad i didn't get a powder day though, it looks great.
