This canoe trip i went on where i got this shot was absoloute paradise, clear water, sandy beaches, and warm water. what more could you ask for?

Everyone has a photographic memory, some people just don't have film.
Marvelous shot and one of the most dramatic sunsets ever. The colors and reflections make this look like an especially fine painting to me. 10/10 and lots of kudos. :)

that sounds like a great trip,
the photo is a great sunset, i like the ripples in the water and the deep blue sky. I'm not sure about the really dark areas on the far bottm left but it helps draw focus to the sunset.

I'm with Mari. This shot compresses all the dramatic colors and contrasts of the sunset into one narrow band and pulls you into it. Remarkable work, and a 10 from me.
