Did you use a polarizing lens on this, Carl? It's so gorgeous and of course I saved it. The quality of the ice itself is fascinating, and I'm trying to figure out where the heck you were standing when you took this....Any way you look at it, it's an excellent piece of work.
i was standing on the ice at the shore, holding my camera about 6" off the ice about a 12" below my feet. and yes i used a polarizer, thanks for the comments
A wonderful perspective of landscape photography. This is just pure magic what a photographer can do. I like every thing in this (except the lens flair) :)
