A propeller on the largest water craft on the planet, encrusted with barnacles. It's been pulled up into the ways, nearly out of the water, but the workmen are waiting... they don't want to be standing in the water when they start to scrape. Those shore worms can get pretty nasty, y'know. The waysmen, however, are waiting for the fog to burn away, so they don't bang the ship's sides on the slipway. It's all a matter of timing and weather.
