I love this image. It has a mood and the lighting is somber to compliment that. Very nice work and technically not bad either. I started you out with a 10 for luck.

wow, it's really hard to catch a feeling of hesitation, and security in the same picture, and you did it. i give this one a 10!

This image really transmits the feeling of potential energy. The fog and the obvious bustle gives one the feeling that in a couple hours this place will be empty. I like the layered feel of your shot with the mountain, the fog, the wharves, and the water. Also the diagonal you included is a good compositional element. There's something in the foreground though, that's out of focus and smack in the middle of the image, and it distracts a bit.
