Now I see the forest for only the trees. LOL I like the depth created by the fog hiding more of the distant trees. Just a little change can make you look at something in a whole new way.
Wonderful imagery and mystery in this post.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Ohh, that's eerie. I like how you captured this shot. The air is so thick, I love how it distinguishes two different planes- the trees within it, and those in front, clearly sticking out. Awesome pic :)
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there ............The Lion...................... MY GALLERY - The Magical Mystery Tour
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

I don't know exactly why, but I have a strong opinion on this one and if I hadn't seen the one with the path first, maybe I wouldn't but I love the other one the best. This is good for all the elements that it contains, but that path leads me, as I said before, into the picture, and for some reason I want to be a part of it ~~??!!~~
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.
