Great elements working well together. Good choice of exposure time, some smoothness to the water but still also plenty of shape to those waves. Sharpness of the rocks contrasts well to the smoothness of the water and the range of colours present is delicious.

Another expertly taken long exposure photo. Perfect composition. Wonderful place to take such shots. Timing is very nice for motion of the waters effect. Well done!
Since your shot doesn't have exif info I couldn't comment on other elements of your photo. A graduated ND filter would work here great, by allowing more light under sky line and enhensing brightness on the slow motion waters and rocks.
