While on Sanibel Island, my husband surprised me with a sunset dolphin cruise. However, once we got on the boat and headed out to open water, the captain informed all of us that a storm was approaching and he was going to try and “outrun it”. All the way out we were watching these storm clouds gather. The captain assured us that we were safe and weren’t in any danger. Once we hit open water, so did the storm. Any of you that have seen the opening of Gilligan’s Island, pretty much knows what we went through. It was very intense and scary. The wind was howling and the waves were crashing over the side of the boat. Everyone onboard was wet and freezing. The captain tried to get us back to the dock, but the ocean was way to rough and the winds too high. He was, however, able to get us into a little cove. He called his boss and they sent a van to pick us all up. No one had to pay for that cruise and we all walked away with pictures like this one and lots of memories.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
