I think this is an Alligator. I took this this at the Tennesee Aquarium while on vacation last year. Thanks to a 2.8 macro. I couldn't use a flash since "he" was behind glass. Fuji S2 800 ISO 105 mm Macro

Wow, he makes an exceptional desktop! The reflection is so clear at full size it gives an alien look and if you didn't know what it was it would take a second to see it clearly. Great job I'll keep this around

That's an alligator, my friend, and a damned good looking one too. I love the reflection you picked up. The shallow focus and his rich color all combine to give this image a real impact.

wow thats very impressive. i really love how the reflection of closer to the mouth is unfocused , then it comes into focus again on both eyes. its great light, whether you really thought about it or not:P

this is truly a masterpiece and it left me speechless the first moment i saw it.. i was a bit scared, though.. :)) it's a good thing he had been behind the glass.. ;)
the reflections are spectacular..if someone turned the image upside down, i wouldn't be able to recognize the real side! simply breathtaking.. what a tremendous job on the details, too! oh.. and talk about the stunning lightning. i dare to say this image is completely perfect!

This is amazing. I cant believe how still the water is considering there is a gator in it! For an image the was taken through glass this is an incredible shot. Totally stunning. Im totally wowed. Very well done.
