What if you take 105mm macro a 2x converter and 32mm worth of extension tubes. Well you can get really, really, close. This it a natural fractal of my lovely wife's eye.
I love eyes! I used to work for 5 ophthalmologists and I think the eye is one of the most beautiful parts of the body. Great picture and appropriate name!
"I wrote your name on a piece of paper but by accident I threw it away...
I wrote your name on my hand but it washed away...
I wrote your name in the
sand but the waves whisked it away....
I wrote your name in my heart and forever it will stay........."
When you say 'macro' THIS is what you're talking about! This makes a fantastic image for a desktop and for closer examination. Also, she has unusually clear color, no flecs of anything else? You could do a whole study of these.
This is a very lovely piece -- your wife has beautiful eyes! The color is quite lush. I love how you've titled it; it's a very poignant statement on the amount of fractal computer-generated art that floating around. Not that I don't adore fractals, but finding them instead of creating them bespeaks an adventuresome spirit. Great job -- thanks for posting.

Is there anything more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset? And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. And also, you're drunk.
