This is a facade of St. Anna's Church, Warsaw, Poland. Originally built in 1454. The beautiful facade was created in the XVIII century. The church is situated on the Vistula scarp in the Old Town. Tell me, isn't it a beauty.
That is soooo gorgeous! The colour and all the detail work..its fabulous. We dont have that kind of thing in USA...because this country is not that old...I love the way you took that photo...its a perfect angle to get a good look at the pillars and the other scrollwork. And then that blue sky...wow..very nicely done!!
Ewa, that's such a beauty! You showed this magnificient church in such a good way, the angle, the colours and the contrast with the blue sky are such a good capture! Good work! My highest mark and respect on this one!
Ewa, this is most beatiful image I have seen for at least two days now !!! LOL
Seriously, I DO love it. 10/10 all the time and thank you so much for sharing this view with me in particular !!!
In my opinion, an excellent image. Contrasts are gorgeous. I love angles in from the left and the fact that you used about 3/4 of the image for the architecture. Angled just enough that I'm not dizzy yet it's dramatic. Details are clear. Nice one. ;)
Absolutely exquisite detail ... you have done the architecture justice ... and more.
The first quality that appealed to me and made the image jump off the page, was the contrast in colours between the stone and the sky. Really striking. Add to that, that the balance in composition is perfect.
And as mentioned in the other comments, the angle that you shot this photo on, adds a dramatic element to the photo. The end result is almost regal (if you will pardon the use of this word), as an interpretation.
