What do you suppose? A bee sat on my nose. Then what do you think? He gave me a wink And said,I beg your pardon, I thought you were the garden. /Author: Unknown/

You my Caedes friends post the most wonderful images out here. Full of beauty, life and gorgeous colors. For that, you have my heartfelt 'thanks'. I love 'browsing them' and wish there was more time to personally comment on every one of them.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Not a bee but a hoverfly, possibly Eristalis pertinax. I could ruin the poem too by pointing out that neither bees nor hoverflies can wink. ;) Excellent sharp, clear shot.

I love these little guys. They aren't bees, but they sure look like one. They are a hover fly. We always called the "tassel flies" when I was a kid. Very nice close up. VERY NICE!
