The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
This is a cracker mate. I got it in the vb and had to come along to let you know the real "oh yeah" factor in this one for me was the narrative you created, something I rarely see in still life shots. One still stretching toward the light as if hoping for one more moment of growth and life, the other two content to accept that light no longer makes any difference to their destiny but the shadows let their colours show to best advantage. Very clever work. Bravo.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Wow this is a beautiful looking photo and very nicely setting for the daisies it sets them off beautiful.Love the colours and especially the light in the glass.
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
