For all the years I have lived here I never came across a new fawn nestled in the grass until last year. My husband noticed a doe acting strangely and figured she was having a baby. A few hours later we went to the spot and there was this little cutie. If you look closely on its head you can see fresh lick marks from mama :D

Yes I was lucky lol I had been here 26 years and never found one in the field. Let me point out I have alot of fields here lol so yes I am a lucky lucky girl to have seen this little fella :D
