Frank, on the one hand this fence is not a serious barrier, but on the other hand it also shows us that the garden behind it is not public.
And as a well-behaved person you have to respect privacy. Judging by your narrative, you have no problem with that, 😁 !

It is lovely but I think it is best left unexplored except in the imagination, for it is of the stuff that fairy tales are created, and belongs in a picture book about a place where anything is possible and everything is beautiful.
