..........looking out onto beautiful Ullswater and its surrounding hills, these trees have created a natural window to frame the landscape! you can see how much rain there has been - the water is overflowing at my feet.

The first thing a noticed was the pink sail! Then the water and then the mountains...then the trees....then I found that I was looking at a very nice photo! :-)

Wow Patti this is simple a breath taking photo. Wish we'd get some heavy rain Here in Massachusetts, USA. My favorite river to fish on is getting severely low. You did an excellent job and I really glad you posted this picture.

I see that there were/are a lot of people who are taking advantage of all that water and having some fun with it. The rain is on the way up here in NH, so I hope I don't have to post such water logged pics, and if I must I can only hope that they will turn out as well as yours has..Faved on my hard drive, of course :)

I don't know what happened to the score on this one. I think this is really unique and quite beautiful. It deserves far more than a 62. That bright green spot on the left needs to be cloned away. It's distracting. Very minor. This is a keeper.
