..........looking out onto beautiful Ullswater and its surrounding hills, these trees have created a natural window to frame the landscape! you can see how much rain there has been - the water is overflowing at my feet.
The first thing a noticed was the pink sail! Then the water and then the mountains...then the trees....then I found that I was looking at a very nice photo! :-)
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOME PAGE
Wow Patti this is simple a breath taking photo. Wish we'd get some heavy rain Here in Massachusetts, USA. My favorite river to fish on is getting severely low. You did an excellent job and I really glad you posted this picture.

Close that window your letting the rain in! lol Beautiful shot Ms. Fogz! I could spend an afternoon or two with a cooler of brewskis & just sit & watch the sailboats! C):-)

I see that there were/are a lot of people who are taking advantage of all that water and having some fun with it. The rain is on the way up here in NH, so I hope I don't have to post such water logged pics, and if I must I can only hope that they will turn out as well as yours has..Faved on my hard drive, of course :)

I have one from a very similar position Patti, maybe the same place too!...Don't matter where or when you take a photo over there...they are always good!....As this is!...very nice indeed!..good angle too!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Just keep all that water there please ! there is no need to flood the North Sea as well, with the risk that i get all those liters overhere as well grrrrrrrrr
I don't know what happened to the score on this one. I think this is really unique and quite beautiful. It deserves far more than a 62. That bright green spot on the left needs to be cloned away. It's distracting. Very minor. This is a keeper.
