...another day, another hill, another hike .....and today I was in Staffordshire climbing the hills and rocky landscape known as 'Hen Cloud' and 'the Roaches' ......and here we are heading towards the top of 'Hen Cloud' with views over to 'the Roaches' - did you manage to keep up with me??? hello! hello! hello! - can you hear me down there? lol! ...and if you look down below you will be able to see how far we have come as you can see my car - 2nd one down of the five cars parked in the first layby - we have walked through the gate just after the layby, across the field where the sheep are and up this steep rocky face and only half way up ... I hope you are feeling fit because when we have reached the top we will be descending via the same route then climbing the Roaches which you can see on the far side! ...no good sitting down protesting!! I am on a mission ;) the sheep and the tiny specks (people) will give you some idea of the scale! :)

A layby? So that's what ya all call them? I guess that wroks. We call such places a "pullover". There is no way I would make it up that hike but I'm glad you did. Beautiful view.

Holy Smokes!! Look at all the Caedesians you got to go on this hike with you. Some of those cars must be amphibious!! We're parked alongside the road so far down, I can' even see the one at the end. That one must belong to Eve. I do believe she'd be the furthest away? Great shot, my dear, and it's so nice of you to give us a bit of fresh air and let us air ourselves out on these amazing hikes and lovely views. :)
