.......as high as my legs will take me! lol! I was back at 'the Roaches' yesterday and walked higher and higher until I reached the highest point and wow! was it worth it? oh yesssss! .....to sit this high in good weather and see this view is amazing! The rockface you see below to the right is where I posted the climber last week, so that will give you some idea of how high this is.

One of your best vistas yet! I'm impressed with how far you can see and how green the landscape is. Also the shapes of the hills are quite fascinating. Great job! I like the border too.

You should have a direct link to my hard drive. Or as I call it here, Patti's hard drive. "how high can you go" is yet another example of your vast talent with a camara. A lovely picture currently resting in my fav's.

Sorry to all...I haven't been commenting as much as I would like to lately. I'm a 9 to 5er again (actually more like 8:15 to 7:30 these days!!) Don't worry, I still see all of your wonderful posts, if only for a second.

Awesome. I know this is similar to some of your others, but something about this is different in a way that I really like. I think it's just that you're farther from the road. The less people intrude the easier it is to appreciate the view.

It looks to me like you've finally lost some of the summer humidity, but yet at the same time you've also gotten a much richer and deeper color with nothing overboard at all...well, whatever it is, it is working very well, and you're off on another plane with this one !!

Yes, it was well worth the effort to get to the top. Very good capture, young lady. Wish I could see it in person, but this is the second best way, through your eyes and the camera lens. ;-)

Well, I must say (slaps face) that I am stunned (slaps face again) by this magnificent image. I have to keep slapping myself to believe this beautiful capture (slaps face again). I wish you wouldn't do this so often...(it hurts). This is a keeper for sure. If I have to slap myself one more time, I may pass out and (slaps face again).......................

You see I'm starting to feel very unfit now. Whilst I think I'm exerting myself tramping round the streets of London there you are hiking up every hill you can find! You did it yet again with this one - brilliant composition, as always, wonderful light and such a beautiful panorama. Even the road adds something! Just lovely.
