They're both beautiful, Patti, and I couldn't tell you if either one was better than the other. They're much the same, yet at the same time very, very different.

Now we both have a picture called 'Into the Blue' Patti, but mine was heading into water - I'm glad yours isn't doing the same! Another fabulous and dramatic shot without a hint of reflection or discolouration from the 'plane window. The snow in this really adds and the detail in the valleys is fabulous.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

This is my favorite of the whole mini series. I love how the clouds are part of the image and that blue in the mountains.

That's just hard to look at!! I never knew how much heights scared me!! I think it just started the last couple of years when the Doctor said I had positional vertigo...it's kinda scary, you never know when you're gonna get dizzy and fall over!! Mine's usually when I bend or look down at an object...ugh!!

Help!! I've fallin' and can't get up!! 8~D

From the quick peek I took it looks grand girl!! BIG space and plenty of room to fall!!

The alps are ever so beautiful. Sometimes, I miss the prop-driven days when you were 2 to 4 miles lower. Great capture.

Oh yes, the French alps are wonderfull to. Been there as a kid, but need to return there sometime soon. Did some recearch, The region of the Mnt Blanc at Chamonix must be great with over 4 km high mountains. What a view you've got out of the window... wonderfull. But the comment above is right as well, with propellor driven planes the view must be even more exotic.
