This Cathedral dates back to the year 1220. The cathedral has been photographed from the outside thousands of times due to it's fame as having the tallest spire in England I chose to create an image of the interior instead..

Regal framing for the regal picture. Amazing lighting Bob. Was this natural? I quite like the shadow cast by the frame too.... soft .. realistic. Awesome.

I'm really into goth rock and new wave. My favorite band is The Birthday Massacre. The guy in my avatar is, in fact, a guy. His name is Mana from the band Malice Mizer.

10/10 from me for one of the most dramatic presentations I've ever seen. Just wish I could give you some extra points for the interesting history as well.

This is beautiful. I agree with Mary about the dramatic presentation. Great capture and thanks for posting this.

I'm not a great fan of frames for wallpapers, but the way you've done this works very well. A great capture of a splendid building, but it does look as though it's not quite straight....?

The picture is beautiful, but I think that the red color badly shifts my attention from what's important (the center part). Black or dark blue would look better, imho.

I love old cathedrals - amazing how much blood, sweat and tears went into building something like this. Great shot!
