Hi Andy I think for this macro shot I would have filled the frame with the snail his lines look great nice shot though.

Interesting macro perspective. The smoothness of the snail's shadow first caught my eye, but what I really like visually are the textured contrasts between the snail's shell and the weathered fence post that your lens captured.
