No, I don't know what kind of bird it is... There must have been 20+ kinds inside the free-flight area and I didn't see (or didn't think to look) for a guide listing them all. :-)

this is certainly a cheerful little bird, i love the look in his eyes, he looks content and pretty curious :) i like the colours of his feathers, they are gorgous! like a little parrot :)) i like the way you blurred the background, therefore, it focuses the little birdie.. btw, i think you had a great time in the aviary :)

nice details... and the composition is great, too, leaves the space for icons or dockapps.. but the thing i love the most is the look in his eyes, heh :)
