Nice!! a lot better! i think i would have totally silhouette the cars and buildings, thats just me. and stamped out the utility pole to the left, again, just me. its an awesome sunset either way!
nicely composed, its said by general rules to never have more then 20% of sky in a shot thats...not about the sky. so its safe to say 20% of whats not the sky, when the sky is the subject....and thats about what you have. so i would say nicely composed!
