This Harbor Seal was too lazy to climb up on the rocks with the other seals. This one found a perch on some lower rocks. Unfortunately the tide would still come in and almost cover the seal. The seal would lift its tail end and head above the water and then lower them as the wide went out. It must have known that the tide was receding as eventually it was completely out of the water.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
That seal wasn't going to move for nothing or nobody - seems as though he was playing a game of tag with the tide!!! Super photography Garrett!!!

He certainly is a fat one Garrett. It seems as though he is posing for his portrait for you. He blends into the water colors so well. Great shot.
