Can't give you the answer, Ted, but I know for sure that it's a heck of a job, ☺
Great image however. A perfect combination of historical beauty and impressiveness.

Who's Gonna Clean The Crystal? I really don't care and the thought never occurred to me. All I'm gonna do is admire it with contempt and envy. Lol

Such a rich and extravagant scene perfectly captured.

Progress equals a trashed planet since mankind is too busy altering it. BTW find the classic definition of Caedes here. Enjoy yourself today because you don't know what tomorrow may bring. (o:

Not me! I can imagine that all those crystals must produce a rainbow effect from the light through the windows at certain times of the day. Beautiful image.

What a nightmare to keep dust-free! Unless they use electrostatic zappers I can't imagine the job it must be. What I find a bit funny about the image is all the bobbing heads along the bottom of the photo. Kind of like cattle.

What a wonderful sight - although one would wonder why the chandeliers when here is such a marvelous ceiling above them.I imaging in the dark with the lights on it wold be a different scene. Such beautiful lavishness !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
