WOW.... such a great desktop motif and technically excellent done. I love your use of filters here, the color of the wet beach and the reflections of the seagulls are simply great. Very good work from you and high marks from me.

Very cool it almost looks like the seagull could be walking on a muddy pond. Very good use of manipulation here and the reflections are also good. 9/10

Wow, Robert...I like this one very much. The filter you used created a magical and dreamlike scene here. Great work.

What a surreal seagull scene. The gold and blue colors are just hazy enough. The scattered seagulls almost seem to have a symmetry, though they obviously don't. Very different. I must say I am impressed!

This is for REAL??!!! how absolutely delightful and how beautiful. They all stand in formation and they have great silhouettes. Not the pier in particular...I made a quick swipe of the sky (pier included because I was too lazy to mask it off) and adjusted the hue/saturation. I also cloned out a few people in the photo. You know how people are always ruining a good shot. : ) Same for the beach.

Superb phot. In the thumbnail version I thought you'd used some sort of texurizing filter but upon closer inspection it turns out to be the clouds reflection. Beautiful exposure and a wondeful composition. A very serene capture.

It caught my attention because it reminded me of Oak Island - one of my all time best vacation spots. Imagine my surprise when I clicked, and not only saw it WAS Oak Island, but that this shot is really amazing! I like the perspective which you give this shot.

Very interesting shot. The background-pier, ocean & sky, look like an illustration, while the foreground looks like a photo. I like how the seagulls are all looking in one direction & their shadows..neat. Also, the blue & gold colors are fabulous. Thanks Rob, for a super image!

great shot. so many elements that all work well together. The lighting is great. The seagulls spaced apart in an interesting formation. Framing and high horizon fits all the rules. Is this how it looked, or altered in post-production...? Good stuff!!
