Vertigo is right! The choice of angle here is what does it. I would have carefully lined up the subject, so it wouldn't look off-level, but you didn't. You deliberately sought the slight angle which really gives that feeling of disorientation. The choice of black and white was a good one too, as it makes the heavy geometry really stand out.
