This is the remains of a dock on the Willamette River just a mile or so south of downtown Portland Oregon. For those who are local or know the place, Oaks Park Amusement park is on the shore just to the right of this picture. This is odd due to the angle of the dock, usually they are at 90 degrees from the shore. If you look closely in the upper right you can barely see some of the downtown buildings, including the two new ones for OHSU's biotechnology department.
