Well, if red symbolizes the pain, then this would be quite painful..and if I was in that much pain, physical or mental, I'd be weeping, so your title is apt, and your fractal is beautiful.

Taking the pain theme, I see an inflamed and swollen bodily passage of some sort. An unhappy tunnel of flesh, if you like. I hope that the healthier pinks are on their way in rather than out, though, thinking about it, a lot of pictures I've seen of inside the human body suggest this may be a perfectly normal sort of look. Maybe it only looks painful? An image of an illusion of pain.
