yes a little more DOF will do! Try even without the feet, and with the focus on the horizon (straight ;)) I think it will be great then!

While millions of pictures have been taken of Playa Del Carmen, few, if any, have featured your feet. That makes this shot unique. The critics of your dof just wish that their feet were in PDC.
